The monthly Chamber luncheon will be located at the Northeast Public Library on 6000 Wilson Road in the large meeting room. Catered lunch is $15 at the door. Guests will include speakers from the Main library and staff to talk about services to the buisiness community . RSVP to nekcchamber@aol.com

January 28 & 29 2010: Coffee and Computers Workshop 8:30am-10am
The Coffee and Computers Workshop will discuss business computer literacy at the library. Library staff will be present to offer instruction and assistance with internet and computer usage. A specific, hands on presentation of business services and how to find them. This includes an introduction to the KCSourceLink Business site and how to search for the specific services each attendee needs.

February 16 2010: Beads, Beans & Beers FUNraiser 6pm-10pm
The Beads, Beans & Beers FUNraiser is on Fat Tuesday from 6-10 pm and is a celebration of Mardi Gras and a chance to give back to the community. The fundraiser is for Historic Northeast Events and is sponsored by the Northeast KC Chamber of Commerce. This event is located at the Askew Inn on 3600 Independence Avenue KCMO.
